i have an xp dell that came w/a cd burner but no dvd. i just added a cd/dvd burner to it. i'd like to burn cds by putting the master in one slot and a blank in the other and go direct but nero won't do it. it still creates and copys an iso to the hard drive, which then requires removing the master and inserting a blank in the same slot to burn. my old 2 drive compaq lets me burn directly to a blank, and it runs nero. anyone know how to set nero do it directly?

What version of Nero are you using..??
I upgraded to Nero 10, but had the same setting in Nero 8 Ultra...
When you click Copy, it should take you to a new screen with your Burner in a Dropdown Menu...
There should be another tab for what CD Drive to Copy to.
I don't use copy that often..only when I burn a DVD-RW Data Disk for a friend.
