Libraries in Toronto have had Indian movie magazines for a long time, so I'm familiar with the Indian movie industry. This is a big hit from a big star.

Our local cable channel shows Indian movies every Saturday. Most have subs. Amazingly, a lot of them are quite entertaining and/or humorous.

yeah - it's like the opposite of american movies.
The lower budget and crappier the movie is, the more entertaining it is.
