It has to be. I would never use a version of WinMX that says this: "Download NOW the paid Version - coming soon..." The original makers, FrontCode Technologies, would never charge for WinMX. So someone who is trying to make a quick buck simply doesn't have the users in mind.

Yep its junk, contains WEBHANCER. This site also offers a program called Ares Galaxy Professional Edition. It would be a safe bet to say it has WEBHANCER also.
