I recognize the writing though.
He wrote several pieces about the evil of ZP and Slyck too.
edit - see the part about earthreactor?

In reading the story I was struck by the innuendo and lack of substance. It dwelled on the money ShareReactor collected and supposedly kept. It also tried to assert that there was no real arrest and that was a hoax created so Simon Moon could keep the money.
Now, maybe I am biased by the fact that I always felt ShareReactor was the greatest thing since sliced bread for filesharers, but I think it was also always in the back of my head that they couldn't get away with that forever. I think their big mistake, and also the reason they were so popular, was to have such a slick package. If nothing else, I think they could have been shut down for copyright infringement for using logos, and other propietary advertising to promote their ed2K links. But the fact that they were so sucessful would lead me to believe that if they had not been shut down, and if they were making substantial amounts of money, why would they perpetrate a hoax to stop the flow of money just to keep a relatively small amount?
I am not sure of the credentials of the person(s) who did this investigation, but cheap's assessment seems acurate to me, they come off as being somewhat of an anti-filesharing shit stirrer. There may well be some truth to the allegations, but right now, I doubt it.

Complete bullshit. This same "conspiracy" (it's actually a smear campaign) has been spammed around for months. Like cheap said, it's obvious who wrote it and for what agenda. This serves no place in P2P news.
ES5 (yep) deserves no place on any P2P site.
Edit: If people really are stupid enough to buy into crap like this, I'll be happy post screenshots from newspapers from the Swiss investigation carried out by more local-to-SR media.
